Hoff-Barthelson welcomes volunteer support from parents, caregivers, alumni, and students (ages 14 and up). High school students may receive community service credit for their contributions.
Volunteers play a vital role in building a warm, inclusive, and vibrant community. Whether you’re assisting with a special event, lending professional skills, or supporting our administrative team, your time and talent help make our programs thrive.
Ways to Get Involved
- Event Support: Help with planning and logistics at events such as the Holiday Music Festival, the Elaine Stamas Chamber Music Residency, the Annual Spring Benefit, and the HB Artist Series Recitals, featuring faculty members and guest artists in performance.
- Professional Expertise: Share your skills in areas such as photography, design, writing, marketing, data analysis, or IT.
- Student Volunteers: Students ages 14+ can volunteer year-round to support event production (front of house and backstage), assist in the office, or work directly with staff on strategic initiatives.
Volunteering is a meaningful way to connect with other HBMS families, faculty, and staff while contributing to a nurturing and high-quality learning environment for all students.
